Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Can I create my own package or plan?

Answer: We prefer that you choose from one of our packages, however, we know that not every dynamic or situation is the same. Which is why all of our packages include a consultation at which time we can discuss flexibility options.

Question: Do you offer payment plans?

Answer: Yes. Payment plans are available.

Question: Do you accept insurance? 

Answer: I do not bill insurance directly. I will draft a request for reimbursement for you to submit to your insurance. I cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed, but I will do everything that I can to help you be reimbursed. Medicaid insurance is the only insurance that I bill directly.

Question: Do you offer refunds?

Answer: No. I do not offer refunds unless I miss your birth as a result of my negligence. The refund policy is thoroughly explained in the contract that you receive upon sign up. All deposits are non-refundable.

Question: Since you are a nurse, do you provide nursing services?

Answer: For now, only doula services are provided. I will not perform any invasive assessments. However, I do use my education and credentials to provide you with the most up to date, evidence based education!
